I try to bring that same personal approach when working with my clients.Rest Assured that with the options I present you, I am always looking out for your best interest. I will always give my honest opinion regarding your particular travel situation (even if it means not booking a flight with me!)

My Rates

I charge a $50 deposit per passenger, which I apply to the full cost of a booking (price per passenger):

Terms of Service

1. Service Description
Kyle provides expertise and personalized assistance in identifying and optimizing flights using award points and miles. Services include:
- Researching flight availability and routing options.
- Advising on the best use of award programs.
- Assisting with booking strategies (as a courtesy, not a guarantee).
Kyle does not issue tickets, guarantee availability, or control airline policies. The final booking and any changes are subject to airline rules and availability.---2. Payment & Fees
- Payments are for consulting expertise and guidance, not for flights themselves.
- Fees are non-refundable once research and recommendations have been provided.
- Any airline-imposed fees, taxes, or surcharges are the responsibility of the client.
---3. Booking Assistance Disclaimer
- Booking assistance is offered as a courtesy and does not guarantee ticket issuance.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring all booking details are correct before finalizing reservations.
- Kyle is not liable for airline schedule changes, cancellations, or program devaluations.
---4. Client Responsibility
- Clients must provide accurate information regarding their award program balances, traveler details
- Clients are responsible for adhering to airline and loyalty program terms & conditions.
- Kyle is not responsible for any changes made by airlines or loyalty programs after booking.
- In the event of any errors or inconsistencies from a booking, clients must notify Kyle within 12 hours of booking completion to provide sufficient time for changes within a 24 hour window.

- Availability of award flights can change rapidly and is outside of our control. As such, consulting services cannot be tied to any specific itinerary or booking class.
- Kyle is not responsible for denied boarding, lost bookings, airline schedule changes, or unexpected fees imposed by airlines.
- Services are provided as-is without any express or implied guarantees.

- If a client requires a change or cancellation after an initial recommendation, additional fees may apply.
